What is Trigger Point Therapy?
Trigger point therapy is a type of remedial massage practiced at Perth Wellness Centre. This massage method involves putting direct pressure on specific points on tender muscle tissues, known as trigger points, to help relieve pain and reduce muscle tension.
WHAT CAN TRIGGER POINT THERAPY TREAT?
Trigger point therapy performed at the Perth Wellness Centre is primarily used to alleviate myofascial pain through a series of isolated pressure and release. Common forms of referred pain that we treat with trigger point therapy include;
- Stiffness in joints.
- Earaches
- Headaches
- Jaw pain
- Sinus pain
