Ryo has a particular interest in biomechanics. Analysing movement to identify the main cause of symptoms, guides his treatment plan with his clients.

At Curtin University, Ryo Nozawa worked with soccer teams such as Perth Glory Academy and Floreat Athena Football Club. Through this experience, he understood the importance of prevention of injury and proper treatments for post-injuries. He is motivated to help sport and exercise lovers perform at their peak.

Ryo was a head physiotherapist for Japan’s national team in Mini Football World Cup 2019 in Perth.

Ryo has published articles about his research and has been invited as a lecturer at several physiotherapy schools in Japan. Recently, he was a main speaker of ‘What is the Procedure of physiotherapy in Australia?’ (an online course for Japanese physiotherapists). He has a strong passion in sharing his experience and knowledge for his colleague’s development, as he values learning through the academic journey.
