Fiona Glendenning

Psychologist

Fiona Glendenning holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) (Hons) from Edith Cowan University and a Master of Psychology (Counselling) from Curtin University.

Fiona draws on a number of evidence based treatment modalities including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Therapy to inform her approach to issues such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma or relationship instability.

Fiona likes to work collaboratively with her clients so that they have a greater sense of mastery over themselves and the choices they are faced with. Fiona is experienced in working with clients across the lifespan from primary school children to teenagers through to older adults, and tailors her psychology sessions to meet their individual needs.

Fiona is excited to be working with the team at Perth Wellness Centre as they support their clients to achieve optimal psychological and physical health.
