Kelvin Hall is a passionate Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal trainer and fitness enthusiast who has worked now in the fitness industry for 6 years. Kevin first became involved in the gym as an outlet to lose weight but soon found a plethora of other benefits and have never looked back. In 2014, Kevin started my own personal training business and not long after began contracting to Crossfit 6100 where he has now coached and programmed for just shy of 5 years. Kevin also contract to The Colosseum strength and conditioning where he programs and coaches.

Kelvin Hall has also had an amazing opportunity to learn from world-class athletes and coaches including:

  • 3 weeks of training in Jinan City, Shandong Province, China.
  • 1 week of training with the Estonian national weightlifting team.
  • 4 days of seminars with Russian Weightlifter Dmitry Klokov.
  • 1-day seminar with 4x worlds strongest man Zydrunas Savickas from Lithuania.
  • 1-day seminar with Russian weightlifters Dmitry Lapikov, Vladislav Rigert, 64x record-breaker, and Russian Weightlifting Coach David Rigert.
  • 1 day Seminar with Christian Woodford on athletic Development.
  • 1-day Seminar with Brett Bartholomew on the Psychology of coaching.
  • 3 Day seminar with Jen Smith on gymnastics coaching for CrossFit.

Kelvin try to travel at least every 18 months to better my craft and learn from new sources in order to continually grow as a coach and mentor to the people he trains. Kevin invests a lot in my personal development in order to facilitate the best service possible to my athletes and clients.

Kevin has competed in multiple local Perth Crossfit competitions, WA Strongman Competitions and more seriously in WWA sanctioned weightlifting competition.

He is able to work with people who want to increase their strength, attain fitness or performance goals, rehab injuries, lose weight, increase mobility, speed up recovery, and more!

Kelvin Hall is one of the most passionate coaches you will find and always have time to facilitate anyone’s needs. If he doesn’t know something he has no problem researching, asking or speaking to my peers or mentors in order to find out.
